Edward J. Fanning - Since 1986 Mr. Fanning has closed over $2.0 billion of acquisitions, divestitures and financings of middle market companies both as principal and advisor. Prior to co-founding FNJ Group in 2004, Mr. Fanning was Senior Managing Director/Group Head of Provident Capital Corp since 1999. Provident Capital Corp. provided investment banking services to middle market companies, including private placements of senior debt, subordinated debt and equity, acquisition and divestiture advisory services, and syndicated loans. Prior to Provident Capital Corp., Mr. Fanning was one of the founding Principals of Franklin Street Equity Partners, a private equity fund specializing in leveraged acquisitions of middle market manufacturing, distribution and services companies. Prior to Franklin, Mr. Fanning was President of Strategic Finance Associates, a boutique investment banking and consulting firm arranging financing for, providing strategic advice to, and turnaround management services for, middle market companies. Prior to forming Strategic Finance Associates, Mr. Fanning was a Principal of Delta Management Group, L.P., a private investment boutique that identified, structured and managed strategic investments in undervalued companies and provided turnaround management services. Prior to joining Delta, Mr. Fanning was an investment banking associate in the Corporate Finance Department of PaineWebber, Inc. in New York, arranging private placements and public offerings of debt and equity, and advising on acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Fanning has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Northern Illinois University and Masters of Business Administration degree in finance and economics from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Fanning is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.
Nick Jevic - Mr. Jevic has more than 20 years of middle market transaction experience originating, structuring, underwriting and executing leveraged transactions across a broad range of transaction types and asset classes. Prior to co-founding FNJ Group in 2004, Mr. Jevic held senior management positions with The Provident Bank. Mr. Jevic was Senior Managing Director/Group Head of Structured Finance, a national middle market leveraged finance group responsible for providing senior cash flow debt, subordinated debt, one-stop financing, and equity co-investment to middle market companies in connection with leveraged acquisitions and recapitalizations, and growth financings. Mr. Jevic was also Senior Managing Director and Co-Founder of Milestone Security Partners, L.L.C., a national specialty finance business focused on providing senior cash flow debt to companies in the security alarm industry. Within these groups, Mr. Jevic had P&L responsibility, general oversight of origination, structuring, underwriting and ongoing management of a portfolio in excess of $1 billion. Additionally, in 2001 Mr. Jevic conceived of and executed on the bank's first CLO, a $300 million synthetic leveraged loan CLO, designed to leverage the bank's regulatory and intellectual capital, and infrastructure. Prior to joining Provident, Mr. Jevic held various positions at other Cincinnati lending institutions and was focused primarily on commercial real estate, including project development, land acquisition and development, construction and property acquisition. Mr. Jevic holds a Masters of Business Administration degree in finance from Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in finance and marketing from the University of Cincinnati. |
