FNJ Group, Inc. is a private investment firm that invests in lower middle market companies in fragmented and growing industries in the Midwest. We seek to align our interests with those of dedicated, quality management teams to achieve above average operating and financial performance. We are seeking to invest in the following types of situations:

• Private companies considering a sale
• Private companies in the process of a generational transition
• Management buyouts
• Ownership liquidity events
• Companies seeking to restructure
• Corporate divestitures
• Companies seeking growth capital

Post-closing our involvement with each investment will be primarily at the board level but may be much more involved depending on the unique needs of the portfolio company.
